When you return your purchase to Karmin by mail, if you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item. If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account.

We do not accept any returns or refunds after the 21 day period (21 days after delivery).
